Saudi Housing Minister Majid Al Huqail held a series of talks with a group of Turkish real estate developers to discuss cooperation between both countries and the investment chances offered by the ministry. The ministry seeks to stir the residential sector and empowering citizens from owning their houses.
He added saying that the Saudi-Turkish relations have seen great developments in many fields which reflect the excellent relations between both countries. In the economic matter, the investments between both countries hiked from 4 billion to 22 billion dollars. He mentioned also that Turkey has a lot of experience to offer in many fields especially housing.
The ministry projected this partnership to have fruitful consequences including balancing between supply and demand and providing more housing units.
Al Huqail assured that the ministry is looking for urgent solutions to meet the market needs by diversifying investments and attracting new experiences of serving citizens.
It’s worth mentioning that the ministry has a lot of plans and programs that aim at improving the sector and achieving its vision which resembles in providing residential products suitable for all market tiers.
