Eagle Hills Sharjah, the leading real estate and retail developer in the emirate of Sharjah, announced that it has awarded the $43m contract for its latest project, Kalba Waterfront mall, to East Coast Contracting and Trading.
In his comment on the announcement, Low Ping, the CEO of Eagle Hills Sharjah expressed the company’s delight to choose a contractor who applies the highest quality and industry standards in their work like East Coast Contracting and Trading to work with on Kalba Waterfront Mall.
A part of Kalba Eco-Tourism Project, Kalba Waterfront mall will span around 17,000 square meters to comprise high-end entertainment facilities that include more than 80 shops, restaurants, a supermarket chain, indoor dining spaces, play grounds for children and many other facilities.
In addition to that, the mall will include a retail area that spans more than 11,000 square meters and parking spaces for 300 vehicles. The project is due for completion in the third quarter of 2019.
Kalba Waterfront mall comes as one of three projects that are a part of a joint venture between Eagle Hills Sharjah and Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), with the other two projects being Palace Al Khan and Maryam Island. Combined, the three projects have an estimated value of $735m.
