Governor of the Saudi Arabia’s Taif, Saad Al-Maimouni, has launched Madinat Al Wouroud residential project, according to a Saudi Press Agency (SPA) report.
Madinat Al Wouroud residential development, on a cost of SR2.38-billion ($633 million) will come up over a sprawling 6.3-million-sq-m area in Taif region of the kingdom. Moreover, it will feature a total of 4,775 villas, with starting prices of SR 499,000 ($132,813).
Advisor to the minister of housing, Mamdouh Al Sharhan, has revealed that there are 67 projects currently underway across many areas in Saudi Arabia, comprising 122,000 residential units of apartments, villas, and townhouses.
The work has already started on 55 projects of them that will provide a total of 100,000 residential units.
