Linesight marks 10 years in the GCC with $10bn worth of projects


The Ireland-based Construction consultancy Linesight is celebrating a decade in the Middle East since launching its regional office in Dubai in 2008. The firm has grown at an average of 6.6% per year in the region since then and is now working on projects worth $10bn.

The company offers cost and project management services, across a wide number of industry sectors including retail, commercial and hospitality.

Some of their most prominent projects include the $430mn Bahrain Marina mixed-use development, the $4bn Thakher City mixed-use development in Makkah, Saudi Arabia and the MAF City Centre Ishbiliyah retail development, in Riyadh.
