MAG Property Development (MAG PD) has launched two new developments, MAG 318 and MAG 230 in Downtown Dubai and Dubailand.
With studios, one and two bedroom apartments, MAG 318 in Downtown Dubai offers views of Burj Khalifa. The tower also features a pool, outdoor leisure spaces, a children’s area, a community center and a coffee shop. In addition, the development allows easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Emirates Bypass Road
As for MAG 230, it is part of the City of Arabia master plan in the heart of Dubailand. The tower will offer one, two and three-bed room apartments. In addition, it will include a 3-m-wide and 219-m-long jogging track, an outdoor swimming pool, a health club, and a secure playing hall for children. It is 15 minutes away from Dubai International Airport and 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai.
Due for completion in Q4 2019, the project will add 595 new apartments to Dubai’s real estate sector. Both projects will offer a 35/65 payment plan.
