Kuwaiti Manafea Holding Company has announced acquiring a land plot of 27.7 thousand square meter in Riyadh city on the intersection between King Fahd road and Anas Bin Malek street.
Manafea Holding Company signed a contract with JLL company to supervise the project construction. The company was established in 2005 and has capital worth 20.088 million dinars.
King Fahd road is one of the substantial roads linking between north and south Riyadh. Mahmoud Saad, Manafea executive manager, said that the tower to be established on the land plot will feature magnificent architectures reflecting the local environment.
Manfea Holding Company aims, according to Mahmoud Saad, diversifying income sources and developing Riyadh facilities for sake of economic and investment development in KSA.
