Manara Developments, the Bahrain-based leading real estate developer, has received its Real Estate Developer license from the Kingdom’s recently-founded Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to become one of the earliest entities in Bahrain to receive it.
In his comment on the announcement, Dr. Hassan Al Bastaki, the managing director of Manara Developments, expressed the company’s gratefulness to RERA and its chairman, His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa for the help RERA provided for Manara Developments to issue the company’s required permits within three months.
Al Bastaki also said that Manara Developments is proud to be one of the earliest companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain to receive RERA’s license because it reflects the company’s commitment to finish its developments according to the highest quality standards of the industry.
Launched on the first of March 2018 by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa the Crown Prince Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, RERA was founded with the purpose of establishing a higher degree of professionalism in the real estate sector of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The organization’s scope comprises issuing licenses for everyone who works within the real estate industry within the kingdom; all real estate companies are required to obtain a license from RERA before the 31st of August, 2018.
