Manara Developments, one of the renowned Bahrain-based real estate developers, has announced its renewal for its strategic sponsorship of Gulf Property Show, the leading real estate exhibition in Bahrain and Northern Gulf region which starts tomorrow, April 23 and lasts for three consecutive days at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center.
Through its participation in the event, Manara will be occupying the event’s largest pavilion which spans 125 square meters. The developer will be promoting Hasabi, a waterfront mixed-use development which will encompass three- and four-bedroom villas as well as mid-rise buildings that include three- and four-bedroom apartments.
In addition to the luxurious homes, Hasabi will also comprise retail spaces, private beach, beach facilities, food and beverage outlets and an entertainment island. Manara is close to almost done with the land reclamation phase of the project.
Other developments which Manara will be showcasing include Investment Gateway Bahrain after it has launched its second phase in March, and the $47m Riffa Views residential master development, the first phase of which has also been launched last month.
It is worth mentioning that Manara was one of the first property developers to get their developer license from Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA) which has been launched a year ago with the aim of regulating and boosting the growth of Bahrain’s property market.
