Marriott International has announced three deal signings that will add more than 500 rooms in the country with the Al Murjan Group.
The new projects will feature the first Delta Hotel by Marriott in the Middle East as well as the first Marriott Executive Apartments in Jeddah.
Delta Hotels by Marriott Jeddah Al Salam will feature 175 hotel rooms and suites, two fine dining restaurants, entertainment facilities and a grand ballroom.
Marriott Executive Apartments Jeddah on the other hand will operate 100 apartments with fully equipped kitchens, a restaurant, a fitness centre and a swimming pool.
The Delta Hotels by Marriott Jeddah Al Salam and Marriott Executive Apartments Jeddah, Al Salam will be part of the Al Salam project developed by Al Murjan Group. The mixed-use project is planned to comprise commercial and retail space in addition to the two hotels scheduled to open by 2023.
