UAE-based Binghatti Developers has announced it has commenced work on the Millennium Binghatti Residences, at a cost of Dh400 million ($109 million).
Located on Dubai’s Water Canal in Business Bay, Millennium Binghatti Residences boasts 230 different units including the studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. With unit prices starting at Dh625,000 ($170,142), it is due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019, before the launch of the Expo 2020. Moreover, the building offers several hotel-inspired facilities and recreational activities. In addition to direct views on the Dubai Water Canal and the Dubai Skyline.
Furthermore, Millennium Binghatti Residences provides premium concierge-style services, grocery on-demand services, laundry services facilitation, catering services facilitation, and many other facilities. Residents of the building will find themselves minutes away from Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, DIFC, Meydan, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai International Airport, Kite Beach, Mall of the Emirates, The Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Marina.
