Dubai’s Nakheel Hospitality signed a letter of intent (LOI) for a management agreement with Minor Hotel Group, which is considered one of the world’s fast-growing hospitality groups, for a new hotel at Ibn Battuta Mall.
The LOI was signed by the chairman of Nakheel Ali Rashid Lootah and the chairman of Minor International, the parent company of Minor Hotel, William Heinecke.
The hotel will hold the name of Avani Hotels and Resorts which is a vibrant brand name that offers its guests relaxed atmosphere and contemporary style of services.
The new hotel is one of Nakheel’s 10 hotels in Dubai. It will have direct access to Ibn Battuta Mall and Dubai Metro.
The hotel consists of 14 floors and features wide array of amenities including a roof-top swimming pool, restaurant, and a coffee shop.
It’s worth mentioning that Minor’s hospitality portfolio includes more than 17,000 rooms scattered across 145 hotels in 22 different countries. The hotels are operated under the names of top-notch hotel brands like Tivoli, Radisson Blu, Four Seasons, Avani, and many others.
