Nakhel has launched yesterday its new retail center named “Golden Mile Galleria” located on Palm Jumeirah.
The new retail center is stretched on total area of 400,000 square feet. It features Spinney supermarket on 12,000 square feet in addition to 70 other outlet stores.
Besides the new Golden Mile Galleria center, Nakhel has 11.5 million square feet of gross leasable area (GLA) in the pipe line, in addition to further 3.4 million square feet currently in operation.
Sanjay Manchada, chief executive officer of Nakhel, mentioned that Nakhel revenues will jack up by 25 to 30 per cent in the coming as a result of integrating massive space of retail space.
The company has now 10 new projects under development including the Deira Mall which stands on 3 million square feet and the 432,000 square feet Circle Mall located in Jumeirah Village Circle.
