The Saudi Arabian Housing Ministry said that it will undertake the procedure of displaying the first housing project in Al Taif. The project is planned to include 10,000 housing units stretched on 12142467 square meters.
The project is split into 3919 dwelling units to be established, and 6670 fully-facilitated and equipped lands for development. The ministry designs the infrastructure projects according to the highest qualities in accordance with the stakeholders’ conditions. The ministry designs include potable water network, desalination stations, and electricity networks.
The project will include schools and a health center as well. The housing ministry put down the sewage, rain drain networks, in addition to the lights and roads networks.
Al Taif is a city in Holy Mecca region in West Saudi Arabia. Al Taif city is around 1700 meters above sea level and stretched on 87561 km square. The city population is around 521,273 person.
Al Taif is expected to witness a historic properties project in its northern region. The new projects is comprised from 900 lands with different areas, it will include shopping and recreational centers, in addition to dwelling buildings, villas, and 30-floor towers. The project whole value is predicted to reach around 14 billion SAR.
