The real estate development company “OQYANA Real Estate” has uncovered its plan to establish private islands in OQYANA islands, one of the World Islands projects in Dubai, through signing an agreement with “Dutch Docklands” the world’s pioneering company in the field of floating islands.
El Bayan newspaper has mentioned that “Dutch Docklands” will study the new project from all aspects to offer the right accurate consults. “Dutch Docklands” is considered one of the international flagship companies in the field of water development with 100 years of expertise.
Each island will include only one villa in order to reinforce the users’ families’ privacy and sense of security. The new project with its luxurious and fancy structure designs and patterns represents a significant addition to the properties market in Dubai.
The agreement was signed between the executive chairman of OQYANA Real Estate, Ali El Ghanam, and executive chairman of Dutch Docklands, Paul Van Du Kamp, in Rolex Tower in Dubai.
