Pedestrian bridges worth 25 million SAR built around Madinah

The undersecretary for studies and supervision in Madinah Municpality Adnan Al-Sayed said that the municipality has constructed pedestrian bridges in a number of locations around the city worth 25 million SAR.

A bridge with length of 57 meters was recently built in Khaled Ibn-Al Waleed near Al Qiblatain mosques, another bridge was constructed of 54 meters on Price Abdul Majeed bin Abdul Aziz road, and another one on King Fahd road.

Works is still in progress on building a bridge on Prince Abdul Mohsen Street with length of 50 meters and another one of 62 meters along Abu Bakr road near Al Sallam College.

Al-Sayed added that the bridges construction project comes as a part of the municipality’s effort to protect pedestrians crossing the streets all around Madinah.
