Dubai-based wasl Asset Management Group has started work on Phase One of wasl1 project in Dubai, UAE.
Following the appointment of Kele Contracting for Phase One, enabling works have now begun. Moreover, Hills & Fort Construction will be handling infrastructure for the entire development.
Phase One of the wasl1 project, Park Gate Residences, features four luxurious residential towers on two podiums. It boasts 746 units with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as podium townhouses and penthouses. All of the units overlook the adjacent Zabeel Park.

Park Gate Residences also includes a children’s play area, a fully equipped gymnasium with changing rooms, and a multi-purpose hall. In addition to an entire landscaped area between the podiums with water features and a terrace with cafés and restaurants. The project also offers 1,000 parking spaces in two basements, four podium level car-parks, and 25,000 sq ft of leasable retail area.
