Real estate sales value rise in Kuwait in the last 5 years

Kipco Asset Management Company (KAMCO) has mentioned in its yearly report that the total real estate sales value in Kuwait rose in the last 5 years in all different properties sectors.

The real estate sales value has doubled in the last five years to reach 4.27 billion Dinar in 2014 compared with 2.02 billion Dinar in 2010. The daily average deals value in Kuwait in 2014 reached 0.553 million Dinar in 2014 compared with 0.298 million in 2010 with 85.3% rate rise.

The housing sector witnessed 14.2% rise with value 1.87 billion Dinar in 2014 compared with 1.1 billion in 2012.

However, the housing sector rate wasn’t the highest between all real estate sectors as investment sector rate increased by 27.5% in 2014 to worth 1.72 billion Dinar compared with 0.65 billion in 2010. The investment sector acquired 40% of all real estate sectors sales in 2014 compared with 32.3% in 2010.
