Reportage Real Estate , the company operating in the real estate development field, revealed the launch of a special offer that includes exemption from service fees for a period of up to 10 years. This applies to all purchases made in reportage properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
With an opportunity to pay 10% as a down payment, 1% monthly until expiry and the rest upon receipt.
As part of the deal, buyers need to pay 10 % as down payment and the rest in 1.5 % installments over 50 months. Reportage Real Estate is developing 10 projects that will add about 4,000 units within the most important investment sites in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Islam Ahmed Suleiman, chief operating officer at Reportage Real Estate, said that the company’s availability of sufficient liquidity and the stability of its financial position enhanced the opportunities for launching attractive offers to buyers, by providing the option of payment after receipt.
Islam explained that the company offers several options to buyers by paying 10% down payment, 90% after receipt, or paying 20% down payment and 80% after receipt, with the benefit of a 5% discount for both options, as well as exemption from fees for services for 10 years in the company’s projects in Dubai.
Suleiman stressed the importance of launching the Rakan Tower project, which was developed in cooperation with Continental Investment Company in Dubailand. The project scheduled to be completed by the last quarter of 2022, will have more than 480 units, with studio prices starting at DH280,000 and one-room apartments from DH390,000.
Reportage Real Estate ‘s projects in Abu Dhabi
Reportage is developing two projects, “Al Raha Loft 1” in Abu Dhabi, which will provide 178 residential units, and “Al Raha Loft 2”, with 124 units. Located in the Al Raha Beach area, where the two projects are likely to be handed over during the first half of 2021.
In Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, Reportage is overseeing the “Oasis Residence 1” project, which provides about 612 apartments and is expected to be handed over during the second quarter of 2021. Also, the “Oasis Residence 2”, with 300 housing units, is scheduled to be delivered by the second quarter of 2022.
As well as the “The Gate” project, which provides about 463 apartments. The “Maria Vista” project is also being developed on Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi, with 786 residential units, as the project is scheduled to be handed over by the first quarter of 2024.
