The Kingdom of Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA Bahrain) has celebrated the graduation of the first 100 real estate brokers and sales agents from the Continuous Development Programme (CPD) which RERA provided.
As a part of his speech at the batch’s graduation ceremony, Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, the CEO of RERA Bahrain, explained that the graduation of the first certified batch of brokers and sales agents from RERA’s CPD marks an important milestone towards achieving the authority’s goals of developing and evolving Bahrain’s real estate market to be more professional and stimulating its growth.
RERA’s chief executive added that this certification programme’s main objective is to make sure that all the real estate brokers know their job duties, responsibilities and obligations to the different stakeholders of the property market to provide high-quality services.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa ended his speech by urging the brokers and sales agents who have not joined the certification programme to register as the job licenses will not be renewed for the brokers and sales agents who did not complete the programme.
Launched on March 1, 2018, RERA Bahrain’s main focus is to boost Bahrain’s property market and simulate its investments, as well as issuing its regulations.
