Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company, the leading Bahrain-based real estate developer, has announced its partnership with Roberto Cavalli, the renowned Italian fashion house. According to the agreement, Roberto Cavalli will design the interiors of the Eastern Tower in Bin Faqeeh’s Waterbay Residence. The project is due for completion within the second quarter of 2019, while the handover is planned to take place in the last quarter.
In his comment on the announced partnership, Faisal Faqeeh, the chariman of Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company expressed his pleasure to be the first property developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain to cooperate with a renowned international brand like Roberto Cavalli for a local real estate project. Bin Faqeeh added that Waterbay Residence will set a higher bar for luxurious homes in Bahrain.
On the other hand, Gian Giacomo Ferraris, the CEO of Roberto Cavalli Group commented that the group seeks to reinforce its brand in the GCC region through forming partnership with the elite real estate developers of the region like Bin Faqeeh.
Situated at a spectacular location in Bahrain Bay facing the Four Seasons hotel, Waterbay Residence comprises three residential towers: Waterbay Middle, the Western Tower, and the Easter Tower by Roberto Cavalli. All the three buildings offer a spectacular seaview.
It is worth mentioning that, in 2018, Faisal Faqeeh has won the Visionary of the Year award during Arabian Business Real Estate awards. Also, in 2017, Bin Faqeeh has won the MEED’s real estate developer of the year award.
