Saudi Arabia - December 14, 2017
Saudi Arabian Ministry of Housing program

The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Housing announced that it is going to open reservations for 2,000 new residential apartments with prices that start from 370,000 SAR in the city of Jeddah within the upcoming days.

The residential units, which are located on the crossroads of Al Haramain road and  Al Amir Mohamed bin Abdulaziz road, are planned to be built and designed according to the highest quality standards.

This project is considered the ministry’s first project in Jeddah that will be sold off-plan, in partnership with real estate developers. It was also announced that the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Housing will launch its first fair for subsidized housing beneficiaries that have been assigned multiple patches of Sakani housing program during this year. The beneficiaries will be invited via SMS to reserve slots to attend the fair and preview the models of the available residential units.

It is worth mentioning that, since the kick-off of Sakani housing program, the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Housing has launched several fairs for the reservation and preview of more than 2,300 finished residential units, and more than 40,000 that were sold off-plan.
