The Saudi Housing Ministry has uncovered-in the context of the biggest real estate event in Saudi Arabia, City Scape Jeddah-a new residential project to be established in Jeddah City.
The new project will stretch on an area of 13 million square meters and will include 14 thousand residential units. The project will contribute in filling the wide gap between supply and demand in the Saudi real estate market especially in residential sector.
Abdullah Bin Mahfouz, CEO National Exhibitions Company City Scape organizer, has expressed his extreme happiness with the ministry’s new declaration.
Bin Mahfouz said that City Scape offers a window of opportunity for its visitors to get introduced to the latest real estate developments in the kingdom. That’s why, according to him, the exhibition attracts plenty of investors every year from all around Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries.
The exhibition witnesses this year a great influx as the visitors number is expected to reach 10 thousand visitors during the three-day period of the exhibition.
