Savills inks a contract for managing Bahrain World Trade Centre


Savills, one of the renowned international real estate services provider, has signed an agreement with Bahrain’s World Trade Centre. As per the contract, Savills will be responsible for handling property and facilities management and leasing operations of the renowned tower.

Situated in a unique location near King Faisal Highway, Bahrain World Trade Center is one of the most famous landmarks in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The twin-tower commercial project was once the tallest building in all of the island kingdom. It is known for housing several retail attractions like MODA Mall and others.

In his comment on the signed agreement, Harry Goodson-Wickes, Head of Northern Gulf region at Savills, said that Savills is looking forward to working with Bahrain World Trade Centre, adding that the WTC is one of the grand commercial and retail space provider in the region.

On the other hand, Paul Nathan, the head of Real Estate Management department for Bahrain WTC and MODA Mall, commented on the agreement explaining that Savills is one of the most experienced real estate firms in the region which would help strengthen and grow the brand of Bahrain WTC as per the latest international standards.
