Shareek Company announced the launch of two projects which are “Durrat Al Arus 2” and “Al Bostan” where the launch of these two projects coincides with the decisions and proprietary commands issued by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz, in terms of providing financial liquidity to implement electricity and water services for housing projects and grant schemes in addition to imposing fees on white lands.
Hani Bahgat Khashoggi, CEO of Shareek Company which is a member of the Dallah AlBaraka, explained that these decisions will make a quantum leap in the development and real estate investment sector where the private sector will be encouraged to play its role in increasing the supply of lands and housing units in order to integrate with what the State is implementing from services and projects.
As for the company’s newest projects, Durrat Al Arus 2 is located directly on the sea, north Jeddah and it includes more than 350 pieces of developed lands where all the infrastructure works are available from electricity, water, sewerage and lighting with spaces ranging between 500 to 1600 square meters.
As for Al Bostan project, it is located in Mecca which is a set of investment lands. The company will announce all the details of this project at a later date.
