Al Sharjah Emirate is set to launch Sharjah Sea Fronts City project aimed to be the throbbing heart of Al Sharjah touristic overview for 2021 which targets attracting around 10 million tourists to the emirate by 2021.
The project is featured with its unprecedented capaciousness in the emirate as its coast will sprawl on 36 kilometers wide, and will include 10 artificial islands connected with water canals. The project will include a variety of properties, in addition to hotels, entertainment city, marine clubs, and substantial facilities. The project is scheduled to be uncovered during City Scape 2015 exhibition in Dubai.
The real estate developer “Wahat Al Sharjah” was assigned to be the project’s master developer. The project will be executed upon many time periods while the first phase will be completed by the end of the second quarter in 2018.
Sharjah Sea Fronts City is the biggest commercial residential project of its kind in the emirate extending on 60 million square feet. The emirate aims with this project to catch up with the great leaps taken by its neighboring emirates Dubai and Abu Dhabi in infrastructure and real estate, it aims also attracting hordes of foreign tourists from all around the world to the emirate.
