Sheikh Mohammed Al Maktoum inspects “One Central” plans

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and the Prime Minister of UAE and the Ruler of Dubai, paid a visit to Dubai World Trade Center to check the construction plans of the new mixed-use project One Central to be constructed there at a cost of 8 billion dirhams.

He expressed his satisfaction with the plans and his support for the project to ensure it is completed on plan.

Shiekh Mohammed was briefed about the project by the Director-General of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce “Hilal Saeed Al Merri”.

One Central spans over an area of 500,000 square meters. It will include hotels, residential towers, and commercial facilities.

The residential towers in One Central will include more than 1,300 apartments. A theatre will be established also that will occupy more than 2,500 viewers.

Sheikh Mohammed stressed on the importance of developing the project in accordance to the highest international standards of perfection and efficiency in order to attract foreign investors and multinational companies.
