Sustainable City project in three more countries soon

Al-Saeed Fares, CEO of “Diamond Developers” for Real Estate Development in UAE, said that the company is currently studying cloning the Sustainable City project located in Dubai in each of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Tunisia and Abu Dhabi. The company is also considering several offers to repeat the project again in Dubai.

The company has received many offers from real estate developers and land owners from outside the UAE to enter into a partnership with it in the development of the project which depends mainly on green solutions in energy production.

It is worth mentioning that the Sustainable City project in Dubai covers an area of five million square feet where the first phase will be completed during the third quarter of the current year, which includes 100 villas, a green center in addition to all the infrastructure work while the second phase which will be completed by end of 2016 will include environmental Resort, a country club, green schools and sustainability center.
