Sweet Homes Group has announced its plans for its first hotel apartment project in Ajman.
Valued at Dh141 million ($38.3 million), the project has an area of 11,394 square meters.
The hotel apartments fall on Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed road.
They will feature 272 studio apartments, as well as 72 one-bedroom apartments.
The development will also include 650 parking spaces, three coffee shops, eight restaurants and one health club.
Furthermore, it is due for completion in 2019, as said by the company in a statement.
Fahad Sattar Dero, Managing Director and CEO of Sweet Homes Group, said: “This new initiative reflects the company’s strategy to offer affordable yet luxurious serviced apartments. We are confident to complete this project in 2019 to help accommodate visitors visiting the UAE for Expo 2020.”
According to Sweet Homes, the first phase of the $750 million Ajman Uptown project has neared completion.
