Tanmiyat Grooup, the Saudi Arabia-based real estate developer, has announced the completion of 83% of its new project The Court Tower.
Situated on the Dubai Water Canal, the Court Tower is $100m mixed-use project that comprises 198 residential units, in addition to office space that exceeds 26,000 square meters and 28,000 square meters of retail space. The tower is expected to be completed by October 2018, and so far, 80% of the units of the tower have been sold.
In his comment on the announcement, Saleh Tabakh, spokesman of the management board of Tanimyat Group expressed the group’s excitement regarding the progress made on the Court Tower. Tabakh added that Tanmiyat is working with the project’s contractor, Bejing Emirates Company, to finish the project on time while meeting the highest quality standards of the industry.
The Court Tower is not Tanmiyat’s only project that is in progress in the current moment in UAE. The Saudi Arabian group is also working on Living Legends, a mixed-use master development that spans almost 1,400,000 square meters in Dubailand, the high end entertainment complex in Dubai.
