Teejan to build the first-ever solar energy powered office in Oman

Oman - April 16, 2017

Teejan Investment and Development announced it plans to build the first of its kind solar energy powered office in Oman.

Fawzi al Harrasi, CEO of Teejan Investment and Development, stated that this project will mark the beginning of a new and innovative phase in the real estate sector in Oman.

The building is characterised by its strategic location where it overlooks the sultan Qaboos Street in Ghala and extremely close to Muscat International Airport.

It is expected that the building will be equipped with all the tools that make it a smart building such as a fast internet connection, a robot which will be guiding visitors as well as smart lighting and air conditioning systems.

That is not all as each office owner will be able to control the entire electronic system at the office through the use of a smartphone application.

The project is scheduled for completion by 2020.
