Dubai Multi Commodities Centre announced the appointment of the architectural firm “Adrian Smith & Gordon generation”, a global leader in the skyscrapers design to design 2020 tower project, which is the tallest tower in the world.
On the other hand Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo Land Company, which is one of the leading companies in the field of consultancy and design, has been appointed to develop a master plan for the area of the tower.
And both companies have extensive experience in their respective fields, where Adrian Smith & Gordon generation designed Burj Khalifa as well as the Kingdom Tower, which is currently working on it. As for the Wimberly Allison Tong Goo Land Company, it has carried out many large-scale projects such as the Atlantis Hotel in Dubai, Paradise Island resort in the Bahamas and the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
It is expected that the project will be finished by 2019 or 2020, a mixed-use development that combines international commercial spaces in addition to retail spaces, hospitality and when completed will become an attractive destination for the global business community that is growing day after day.
