Trowers & Hamlins, the international law firm, is set to join the 12th edition of Bipex property exhibition to moderate, and lead an all-star CEO panel discussion on the ‘Future of real estate’ at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre.
The session kicks off on Sunday on the sidelines of the Bipex, which is being held from December 7 to 9 under the patronage of Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain.
It comes as part of a two-day conference that will address a broad range of conceptual and practical issues relating to residential and commercial real estate.
The international managing partner at Trowers & Hamlins, Abdul Haq Mohammed, will be moderating the session. He is a specialist in real estate development and investment, PPP and concession arrangements relating to urban and transport-related development, and strategic legal advice.
Additionally, he has advised on property restructurings and the creation of regulatory frameworks in various aspects of the property industry, as well as the structuring of real estate-backed investment.
The top panelists will be at the Bipex Conference’s inaugural session to share insights on how to structure the future of real estate. It will provide the perfect stage for investors, builders and buyers to discuss the difficulties facing the industry.
The three-day event will have an extensive daily schedule of events focusing on the theme of real estate and innovation, in alignment with the new strategic direction for its 12 edition.
