UAE-based Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (Araco) has announced that over 35 percent of the construction work on a residential development within The Villa has been completed.
Developed by Tadhamon Capital, the residential project boasts 18 high-end villas. Although they come in different sizes, all the homes feature five bedrooms, including one master and one guest, and a maids’ room. Moreover, the community will include an international supermarket, cafes, restaurants, jogging and bicycle tracks, children’s nursery and play areas.
Master-planned by Dubai Properties, The Villa is divided into four neighborhoods. Moreover, it will boast hundreds of homes once completed, many of which are sold or occupied.
