Manara Developments, the renowned Bahrain-based property developer, announced that it will start the construction works of the first phase of the $47m Wadi Al Riffa residential master development this week, namely on March 20.
With the completion of its pre-construction works, the first phase of Wadi Al Riffa will be due for completion and handover by the beginning of the year 2020.
The commenced phase will comprise 29 villas with land plot areas that range between 180 and 233 square meters. Each of the villas will feature 3 large bedrooms, Majilis, external kitchen, Maid room as well as a parking space for two vehicles.
Meanwhile, the submitted bids for the contract of Wadi Al Riffa’s infrastructure networks (water, sewage, electricity, and internal roads networks) are currently being evaluated by Manara Developments, and the winning bid is expected to be announced by the next month.
In his comment on the project progress milestone, Dr. Hasan Al Bastaki, the managing director of Manara Developments assured that Manara is keen on developing projects that can meet the changing expectations and requirements of the Bahraini families with affordable prices.
Dr. Al Bastaki further explained that Manara’s vision is to create a fully-integrated residential community as Wadi Al Riffa will comprise multiple facilities that include a shopping mall, a park and a mosque.
It is also worth mentioning that Manara has recently commenced the second phase of the Investment Gateway project which, upon its completion, will be the largest freehold area in Bahrain for light industries.
