Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, attended the opening ceremony of Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi, on Monday, July 23rd, 2018.
The UAE royals toured the new 1.65 million square feet theme park, situated at Yas Island, and were briefed about the various development phases of the project.
The official inauguration of the park also included a short documentary that celebrates the history of Warner Bros.
The park features six designated areas, including DC’s Metropolis and Gotham City, in addition to Cartoon Junction, Bedrock, Dynamite Gulch and Warner Bros Plaza.
It comprises a total of 29 rides, interactive family-friendly attractions and live entertainment shows, as well as themed dining and shopping experiences.

One of the world’s biggest indoor theme parks, the destination is scheduled to open its doors to the public on Wednesday July 25th, 2018.
