wasl Asset Management Group has announced the launch of Dubai’s second Mandarin Oriental hotel which will open in November of 2020.
Set to be the centerpiece of the 63-story mixed use wasl Tower, the Mandarin Oriental hotel is located in the commercial district of Sheikh Zayed Road. It will include 257 guestrooms, suites, and serviced apartments on floors 16 to 38. In addition, 144 residences will be located on the upper levels of the tower.
Furthermore, residents of the Mandarin Oriental Residences will have their own private access and facilities including a Resident’s Lounge. They will also be able to enjoy the hotel’s facilities.

wasl has also launched another Mandarin Oriental hotel located on the waterfront at Jumeirah Beach. It is scheduled for opening during the fourth quarter of 2018.
UN Studio, based in Amsterdam, has been appointed architect of wasl Tower which stands at 300-meters high.
