Azizi Developments, the leading Dubai-based real estate developer, announced that it has awarded Zahrat Al Safa Contracting two contracts that are worth $60m each for two of its buildings in Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC).
In his comment on the announcement, Mirwas Azizi, the chairman of Azizi Group assured the group’s commitment to fulfill its promise to construct high-end luxurious communities and projects in Dubai, adding that Dubai Healthcare City is being developed with the purpose of creating one the biggest upscale communities of the emirate.
The works on the two projects began on April 1, 2018. The first building, Fawad Azizi, compises 396 residential units that include 201 studio apartments, 165 one-bedroom apartments and 30 two-bedroom apartments.
On the other hand, the second building, Jawad Azizi that comprises 383 residential units that include 216 studio apartments, 137 one-bedroom apartments and 30 two-bedroom apartments.
It is worth mentioning that Jawad Azizi and Fawad Azizi are not the only projects for the developer in DHCC. The group is currently working on two other residential projects in the healthcare city, Farhad Azizi and Azizi Aliyah Residences.
