This growing potential of the Bahraini Kingdom is clearly visible in many of its destinations and investment attractions; Diyar Al Muharraq comes as one of these destinations.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Location and specifications:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2707\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weetas.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/2-en.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"601\" height=\"418\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.weetas.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/2-en.png 601w, https:\/\/www.weetas.com\/insights\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/2-en-300x209.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 601px) 100vw, 601px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Located in the north eastern corner of the island kingdom 10 kilometers away from Manama, Diyar Al Muharraq is connected to the Bahraini capital via a causeway that is accessed by the kingdom\u2019s means of public transportation, Diyar Al Muharraq is a group of seven man-made islands spanning a total area of 12 square kilometers with a coastline that comprises mesmerizing beaches extending for 40 kilometers.<\/p>\n<p>Diyar Al Muharraq, the Bahrain-based real estate development company, has launched its eponymous project in 2015; it has the main vision of providing accommodation for more than 100,000 Bahraini citizens. The island\u2019s central attraction so far is probably <strong>Dragon City<\/strong> mall.<\/p>\n<p>Considered one of the largest retail destinations in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dragon City is a $100m shopping mall that is dedicated for housing outlets for the best Chinese brands and stores for products and services. With more than 780 commercial units located within, Dragon City is an all-in-one destination where you can find all the high-quality Chinese products you might need from leisure and lifestyle brands to construction materials and hardware.<\/p>\n<p>The mall\u2019s exclusive nature reveals itself not only through its name, but also through its beautiful design and architecture that celebrate the Chinese culture.<\/p>\n<p>On top of that, of course, both the governmental and the private sectors of the kingdom have launched a lot of residential projects and master developments in Diyar Al Muharraq in the past three years. Deerat El Oyoun spans around 1.2 million square meters of land. The project comprises 3100 affordable villas with land plots that range from 182 to 262 square meters. The mega project is a joint venture between Eagle Hills, one of UAE&#8217;s leading developers, and Diyar Al Muhaaraq.<\/p>\n<p>Spanning around 845,000 square meters with a 3 kilometer-long coastline, Marassi Al Bahrain will house residential, commercial and hospitality options. The master development comprises 3500 residential units that vary between two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments and penthouses; all these units offer unprecedented views of the mesmerizing waters and landscape of the community.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the mixed-use community will feature a shopping center that will span 190,000 square meters.<\/p>\n<p>the Kingdom of Bahrain has long enjoyed a unique nature; many of its features support this uniqueness including its geographical location, island nature, small area and rich and colorful history and culture, among other features.
