Afaq Future Real Estate was brought to life in September 2013. Within a few short years, the company has managed to diversify its work and spread out from Kuwait to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Yousef Nasser Al-Abdul-Jaleel, the owner of Afaq Future, had a dream and vision. That was to develop real estate projects that reflect the company’s skill and expertise. Moreover, the company, headed by Mohammed Ziad Al-Haffar, continues to train and enhance its employees in order to help them reach their full potential.

Nasser Towers

Located in the Busaiteen area on Al Muharraq Island is one of Afaq’s projects: Nasser Towers. It is only 10 minutes away from the airport and 5 minutes away from the old Al Muharraq Market. The development consists of two similar towers, each 14 floors high. 10 of these floors boast 50 residential units, while the remaining 4 floors are dedicated to services and amenities. Furthermore, each tower contains 20 one-bedroom units and 30 two-bedroom units. The one-bedroom apartments at Nasser Towers range in size from 73-77 square meters. They include a bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a hall. As for the 2-bedroom apartments, they are 102-104 square meters with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a store room, a kitchen, and a hall.

Nasser Towers provide residents with all the amenities and services they may need within 4 floors. These amenities include a coffee shop, gymnasium, and swimming pools. The towers also include 2 passenger lifts and 1 service lift, private parking lots for all apartments, and internal and central satellite service. Moreover, the towers’ ground floors are home to commercial shops such as supermarkets and cafes.

Afaq Tower sits in the vibrant area of Al Juffair which features numerous restaurants and cafes. The area is about 10 minutes away from the airport and lies within proximity to Al Seef and Amwaj Islands. With such a prime location, Afaq Tower also includes many services that provide residents with luxury and comfort. In addition to 24-hour security services.

With an area of about 1362 square meters, the tower is 23 floors high with 187 residential units. The ground floor includes the reception and customer office while the parking area takes up floors 1-5. As for the sixth floor, it features a swimming pool and integrated health club for residents. Starting from the seventh floor and up, the residential units take over, where each floor boasts different designs and spaces. Every floor at Afaq Tower holds 11 apartments that come with fully finished kitchens. 

Three separate models are available to choose from at Afaq Tower. Model A, a 55.1 square meter unit, includes a bedroom, two bathrooms, clothing lockers and a small balcony. As well as a hall, American kitchen, washing machine, and a dryer. As for Model B units, they are about 86.4 square meters. They include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, clothing lockers, a small balcony, a hall, American kitchen, washing machine, and a dryer. Finally, the Model C boasts an area of 53.9 square meters. It includes a bedroom, two bathrooms, clothing lockers, a small balcony, a hall, American kitchen, washing machine, and a dryer. 

Vita Tower

Afaq Future Real Estate’s third project in Bahrain is the Vita Tower, which is also located in Al Juffair. With a stunning panoramic appearance, the tower is 24 floors high and features six different apartment models. The building’s ground floor is reserved for the reception, the parking area takes up 6 floors, while the residential units are spread over 15 floors. Every residential floor includes 8 apartments of different designs and spaces. Floors 20-23 feature only duplex apartments and the last floor boasts a swimming pool and health club.
Vita Tower’s apartment plans include a 40 square meter studio with a bedroom, bathroom, and American kitchen. A 50 square meter studio is also available with the same features. Next are the two bedroom apartments which are either 80 or 100 square meters. The both include 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an American kitchen. Finally, the tower offers duplex apartments that are either 80 or 100 square meters. The apartment area is equally divided on both floors. The ground floor of the duplex features an American kitchen, living room, and a bathroom. While the first floor includes another bathroom and two bedrooms.
