Overview of Bipex 2016

The event that was held from November 3 to 5 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre, the show attracted over than 8,000 unique visitors.

It is worth noting that around 24% of these unique visitors were from outside the kingdom of Bahrain which proves the strength of Bahrain’s real estate market.

It was recorded that over the three days of the event, exhibitors showcased top-notch real estate projects with a total worth of 20 billion dollars.

On top of the real estate exhibitors who participated at the 2016 edition were Impact Estate, Bin Faqeeh, Albilad and Al Tijaria.

Showcasing some of the Kingdom’s most luxurious real estate projects such as the waterfront Residence Sharq that provides units with premium quality finishing and the gated community Alsidra that comprises of 465 villas, as well as the multi-million dollar Bahraini development Water Garden City and the highest residential tower in Bahrain, Al Tijaria Tower; Bipex 2016 succeeded in position the Kingdom of Bahrain as a regional destination of choice for real estate investment.

Bipex’s 2017 edition

Scheduled to be held on October 26th-28th under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khaled bin Abdulla Al Khalifa at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre in Manama, Bipex 2017 is set to highlight the Kingdom’s major achievements in infrastructure, real estate, and leisure projects.

What’s new about this year’s edition is that it will shed light on development in the Kingdom and promote new investment opportunities that are available.

In a recent press release, GFH Properties, the real estate arm of Bahrain-based GFH Financial Group, announced that it is going to be the strategic partner for the 2017 edition.
