Diyar Al Bahrain: a grand futuristic community

  • Deerat El Oyoun:

A social housing project that the Bahrain government currently develops at the heart of Diyar Al Muharraq. Deerat El Oyoun spans around 1.2 million square meters of land. The project comprises 3100 affordable villas with land plots that range from 182 to 262 square meters. As a part of Mazaya Scheme, the project aims at meeting the accommodation needs of the underprivileged Bahraini citizens.

  • Al Bareh Project:

Al Bareh is one of the most unique attractions of Diyar Al Muharraq; it is a seafront residential community situated on the western side of the man-made islands.

With a BHD78m value, Al Bareh comprises 55 luxurious villas and the project consists of three main sections. The first is for the seafront land plots, the second for plots situated near the water parks, and the third is for the plots that overlook the main road.

  • Marassi Al Bahrain:

So far, Marassi Al Bahrain project is probably the largest under-construction master development in Diyar Al Muharraq. The mega project is a joint venture between Eagle Hills, one of UAE’s leading developers, and Diyar Al Muhaaraq.

Spanning around 845,000 square meters with a 3 kilometer-long coastline, Marassi Al Bahrain will house residential, commercial and hospitality options. The master development comprises 3500 residential units that vary between two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments and penthouses; all these units offer unprecedented views of the mesmerizing waters and landscape of the community.

On the other hand, the mixed-use community will feature a shopping center that will span 190,000 square meters.
