Following up with clients is very essential in this business as it lets you know who inspected your house, how much they put for it and if no one at all inspected it. 8- Nothing new to offer:- A good realtor will offer marketing ideas for selling your house, and if your property has been listed for a while with no calls to this moment, then the right realtor will start digging ideas to know what is wrong with the current marketing plan and what should be done to attract buyers.
