A professional realtor with excellent results knows his worth and won’t accept negotiation at all. Realtors who underestimate their worth will probably do the same to your house.

6- Not up to date:-

The market is not stable and we all know that. A good realtor will offer marketing ideas for selling your house, and if your property has been listed for a while with no calls to this moment, then the right realtor will start digging ideas to know what is wrong with the current marketing plan and what should be done to attract buyers.
