It is the most visited and largest museum in Bahrain. The Beit Al Quran is also part of the Diplomatic Zone (The House of Quran). The House of the Quran, a concept that is unique in the Persian Gulf, was built to house a huge and valuable collection of Quran and manuscripts. Bahrain’s National Theatre, which is located close to the Bahrain National Museum, opened in November 2012. Within the Diplomatic Region, there are shopping districts. The Manama Souk can be found in this location. With antique stores and coffee cafes, it is one of Bahrain’s oldest retail districts. The Bahrain World Trade Centre is also home to Moda Mall Bahrain, a high-end shopping complex. Among the labels represented are Dior, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Fendi, Gucci, Kenzo, Lanvin, Max Mara, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, Emporio Armani, Escada, Valentino, Bottega Veneta, Roberto Cavalli, and others. Fine jewelry retailers at the mall include De Beers, Tiffany & Co., Boucheron, Chopard, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, and Rolex, among others. Healthcare facilities in Diplomatic Region Bahrain provides primary, secondary, and tertiary healthcare, as well as highly specialized facilities. Bahrain’s primary healthcare is mostly provided via 23 health centers located across the four governorates of the country. Foreign visitors must pay seven dinars (US$18) per visit, while Bahrainis receive free care. Citizens and residents can book appointments at the General Clinics of the Health Centers online.
