Investcorp was one of the institutions named in news last week due to its acquisition of US properties portfolio including 8 different assets scattered around Las Vegas, Denver, Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas. The deal value hit about 400 million dollars. This acquisition rose the value of properties purchased by Investcorp in the last 12 months to one billion dollars.
