But did you know that there are real life size tree houses that adults live in! In fact there are two types of those, some of the tribes that live in jungles and forests live their whole lives in tree houses as they keep them and their belongings safe from animals. Moreover, there are some unbelievable tree houses , restaurants and hotels built in tree houses, For those who are looking for a unique way to recharge and relax would you like to live in, or spend your vacation in one of those tree houses? Three Story Tree house, British Columbia, Canada In the heart of the enchanted forest in South Eastern British Columbia, lies the tallest tree house in Canada. The enchanted forest is a family owned business that was first opened to the public in 1960, it incorporates work of art and some unique fairytale elements into 40 acres of beautiful natural forest. The surrounding forest is an attraction on itself, and then you feel like you are entering a magical place as you climb the twisty staircases to the top of the enchanting tree house. The house stands at 47 feet high and there are 64 steps to the top floor. Treehotel, Sweden Treehotel is a hotel in Sweden that offers a unique accommodation with different tree rooms with contemporary design in the middle of unspoiled nature. You can forget all about the real world and relax in that one of a kind hotel in a traveling experience you will never forget. Treehotel is located in Harads, a small village in Sweden with magnificent surroundings. From Treehotel’s rooms you get a fantastic view of the Lule River valley and the surrounding forest. The Mirrorcube Tree house, Treehotel, Sweden The Mirrorcube is one of the unique rooms in Treehotel, it is an exciting little haven among the trees, camouflaged by mirrored walls that reflect their surroundings. The Mirrorcube offers excellent accommodation for two people, with six windows offering a stunning panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings. There is a bridge that leads up to the tree room, and also a rooftop terrace to relax in and enjoy the view. The HemLoft Tree house, Whistler, Canada The HemLoft is one of the most perfect tree houses, it is uniquely designed and was lovingly constructed over a period of several years with recycled materials and help from friends. The beautiful egg-shaped Hemloft was designed in part by Joel Allen on a discreet patch of land in Whistler. The only problem was that Joel did not have money or land, so he used mostly free materials from Craigslist and built the structure on property that did not belong to him. He later on put the whole house on Craigslist. Minister’s Tree house, Tennessee, USA This tree house is four stories high, with unique architecture, there is even a tree growing out of the third floor! The Minister’s tree house is the tallest tree house in the world, it is almost 100 feet tall and it is supported by six different trees. The structure contains 80 rooms and even has a basketball hoop, church and bell tower, it took minister Horace Burgess 14 years to complete the construction. Unfortunately the tree house was closed for violating fire codes. Yellow Tree house Restaurant, New Zealand The restaurant accommodates 18 seated people along with waiting staff, the kitchen is at ground level. The architectural design embodies a simple oval form wrapped around the tree trunk. It is shaped like a cocoon around the tree. The restaurant as well as its path, are illuminated by beautiful warm lights at night. The tree house restaurant is 10 meters wide and 12 meters high, with the top floor sitting 10 meters off the ground. Teahouse Tetsu tree house, Japan This Japanese teahouse is also a tree house, it was designed by architect Terunobu Fujimori. The interior design of the tree house is simple and modern while the view from outside is pure fantasy. The tea house tree house is surrounded by gorgeous purple and pink cherry blossom trees.
